From spreadsheets to stillness
For years, I lived inside policy numbers and quarterly targets — a successful insurance professional on paper, quietly running on caffeine, deadlines, and depleted hormones.
Then my body began to whisper. Sleepless nights. Anxious mornings. A heaviness no holiday could lift. I was the woman everyone leaned on — secretly wondering who would catch me.
I believe the body has incredible wisdom to heal — when we finally learn to listen with love.
That whisper became my path. I trained in EFT, Ho'oponopono, NLP, chakra healing, and mudra healing, and slowly stitched myself back together — not with willpower, but with tenderness.
Today I walk alongside women who feel exactly the way I once did: capable, accomplished, and quietly exhausted. My work is simply to help them come home to themselves.
