I'm Meghalatha — a holistic healing practitioner walking alongside midlife women (35–55) through stress, emotional burnout, low energy, sleep struggles, and hormonal imbalance. My work weaves EFT, Ho'oponopono, NLP, chakra healing, and mudra healing into calm, personalised support that honours both body and emotion.

My Story

From spreadsheets to stillness

For years, I lived inside policy numbers and quarterly targets — a successful insurance professional on paper, quietly running on caffeine, deadlines, and depleted hormones.

Then my body began to whisper. Sleepless nights. Anxious mornings. A heaviness no holiday could lift. I was the woman everyone leaned on — secretly wondering who would catch me.

I believe the body has incredible wisdom to heal — when we finally learn to listen with love.

That whisper became my path. I trained in EFT, Ho'oponopono, NLP, chakra healing, and mudra healing, and slowly stitched myself back together — not with willpower, but with tenderness.

Today I walk alongside women who feel exactly the way I once did: capable, accomplished, and quietly exhausted. My work is simply to help them come home to themselves.
